What forms of payment do you accept?

Using our secure online PayPal merchant, all regular account payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, are gladly accepted. You may also choose to pay through your PayPal account at your convenience.

What shipping do you use?

We will ship your merchandise via USPS.

When will I get my product(s) in the mail?

Between 5-10 business days (M-F) depending on where you live and how long it takes the mail carriers to get it to your location.

My item(s) got messed up through postal transit! What now?

Return the merchandise unused within 15 business days from date of order and we will send you a new one as long as it is in stock. If the item is Sold Out, a Sale, Clearance or Limited item, you may choose another item(s) of equal value. Return shipping is the responsiblity of the shopper. Please use care when shipping items back.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, just send the item back within 15 days from the order date and we will send you the new item ASAP. Return shipping is the responsiblity of the shopper. Sale, Clearance, or Limited items are not eligible for exchanges, sorry.

Do you accept returns?

At this time we only allow exchanges for our items. All Sale, Clearance, or Limited items are final and can not be exchanged.

I see a men's 'Bespoke Wear' item that I really like, but it's a size larger than me. Is there any way I could get it in my size?

Because all of our 'Bespoke Wear' is one of a kind, as long as the item is larger than your size, you should be able to take it to your favorite tailoring shop to have it sized down. We are not responsible for any extra fees charged to you by your tailor nor are we responsible for any damages to the garment caused by your tailor. *NOTE* If there is an item that is a smaller size than your regular fit, it is unlikely that you will be able to size it up, or make it larger. Sorry!

I'm a buyer, do you offer wholesale pricing?

How can I be a D.M. Model?

Please include your name and contact information along with a brief model history (if any), and any photos or links to your modeling page or portfolio. A short summary of why you'd like to model for us would be great as well.

How do I get to be an artist/designer for your brand?

We are always looking for freelance Artists to help us with our creative vision.
